If you follow it correctly you will regrow your hair

I’m a 27 year old male with standard male pattern baldness. I started using the AHR method 2 years ago (I was an invitee in the first phase). I didn’t reactivate my formant hair follicles fo rthe first year, then I made a few changes and my hair started growing back rapidly. Now my hair is pertty much as thick as it was when I was 21.

If you’re following this method please make sure you do the scalp reset and daily exfoliation. This is especially true if you’re a man who’s used a lot of hair gels/waxes/etc. Just imagine for a minute how many years you’ve used hair gels and then gone to sleep with the gel still in your hair. That gelor wax or whatever then gets mashed into your scalp while you sleep.

I didn’t think anything of this until I saw some of the other members mentioning that they got no hair regrowth until they did the daily exfoliation and then suddenly everything came together and their hair grew back rapidly. The exact same thing happened to me. My hair loss slowed down and maybe even stopped but I didn’t see any of the new baby hairs everyone talks about. Then I started doing the exfoliation techniques every day and literally a month later I saw the little blond baby hairs. Hundreds of them. Maybe even thousands.

Basically by following the exfoliation method every day you get rid of all the dead skin cells, gels and sebum that have built up and filled the pores in your scalp where there hairs are supposed to grow. It takes some time to break this layer of build-up down but it works. And because you’re invigorating your scalp so much all the amino acids and hair growth nutrients you get from the smoothies flood into your scalp and feed the new hairs. Then you add to that the IGF1 increase and the Alternation Method and hey presto, it works.

So make sure you do the exfoliation. Don’t make my mistake.

This method is pure genius. If you follow it correctly you will regrow your hair.
