Thank you all SO MUCH!!!!

I’ve had problems with my hair for at least ten years. I think the problems stem from stress. I’ve had a stressful life and it effects the way I eat and sleep and it makes me very tense. I never actually lost my hair, it was just thinner than I wanted it to be and it grew very slowly and it was damaged. I dye my hair blonde and have done for over ten years. My hair was very weak and broke easily so I had to get my hair cut regularly to stop it from looking really frizzy. After a while I had to cut my hair so short it just looked un feminine and I hated it. My hair was so broken that I couldn’t grow it long because it would break after it grew a few inches, which made me even more stressed and obsessed with my hair.
